If you have to cancel your color appointment, you must cancel NO LATER than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If it is your first time canceling due to an illness or an emergency and it is under 24 hours until your appointment time, I will give you a courtesy cancellation wave. I will only do this 1 time and will keep note of it. If it is your second or more time doing so, I will require a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be a no refundable 30% of your total color appointment cost. I respect your time so please respect mine. I appreciate all of my clients immensely!
